Daily Responsibilities

• Reporting progress and issues in a timely and comprehensive manner and asking for support from teammates and vice versa when needed
• Producing designs and agree with Lead Architects and Tech Leads
• Stakeholder management

Essential Skills

• Extensive AWS & Cloud experience, ideally within secure Government environments
• Strong appreciation of AWS networking and associated security controls.
• Experience producing End to End High level and low-level architecture designs with proven ability to work closely and effectively with DevOps and support / SRE teams.
• Experience taking designs through internal governance forums and socialising the designs with key stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with tooling such as Jira and Confluence
• AWS Account within a multi-tenant platform, including IAM, Managed AD, ID Centre and Landing Zones, and third-party related tools
• AWS Platform related services, such as AWS Security Services, SSM, etc.
• AWS AMI and EKS life cycle management and automation
