Senior UX Design Lead/ Digital Human Centre Design Leader- for Financial Services
Location- London (Hybrid-Travel to office in Central London 3 days a week)
Our client requires a talented Senior UX Design Lead/human-centric design leader to enable user-centric digital journeys in the financial services space.
As a foundation, you will have a track record in the delivery of workshops across a variety of digital projects and programs. A foundation in UX/UI and progressed through User research and user-centric design and delivered qualitative and quantitative research at all stages from discovery to live.
Deep design thinking experience incorporating this process through your experience in service design, business analysis, process improvement, and digital development.
You will have: –
- Experience as a hands-on UX lead or principal service designer.
- A portfolio showcasing your ability to design and launch complex digital services that improve user journeys.
- Solid UX/ UI experience
- Must have experience working with Financial Service clients.
- Must have experience on Salesforce- FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ
- Proven ability to translate insights, user stories, and requirements into design solutions.
- Communicate insights through user journeys/ service blueprints.
- Both tactical and strategic thinkers who can articulate design decisions and strategies to influence a service strategy and roadmap
- Great storytelling skills
- Financial services experience across, retail banking, wholesale, and wealth management
- Bring customers through the design thinking journey of empathy, define, ideate, prototype, and test.
