Job Description

  • Proven ability to introduce and develop strategic solutions in Financial Services companies.
  • Understand industry challenges, systems landscapes, positioning, use cases, areas of opportunity, and sales tactics.
  • Drive account planning, which includes formulating a well-defined roadmap or the necessary precursor activities to establish one.
  • Generate a robust pipeline by leveraging self-originated leads and collaborating with License Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams across Salesforce. Together, you will develop trusted Professional Services propositions for existing clients and prospects.
  • Engage and present to customers, particularly at the C-Level, employing a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce and yourself as a long-term trusted advisor.
  • Create a compelling vision and effectively communicate groundbreaking solutions, aiming to generate significant success and business value from investments in the Salesforce Platform.
  • Develop and lead a territory plan and tailored account plans for each customer, aligning them with their business goals, priorities, and timeframes.
  • Establish mutually agreed and aligned closing plans and drive the execution of these plans to achieve closed bookings that align with or surpass assigned sales goals and quotas.
  • Build a sales organisation recognised for its ability to attract and retain the most talented individuals in our industry.


  • Should have Financial Services Sales Background: Possess a professional sales background in the financial services sector or in an SI or a blended experience combining consultative sales and project delivery.
  • Visioning and Value Assessment: Previous experience collaborating with customers through a visioning process, evaluating business value outcomes, and formulating plans to realize that value through a structured program.
  • Business Value Pitching and Negotiation: Proficient in delivering pitches emphasizing business value and effectively negotiating terms aligning with margin targets.
  • Empowered Decision-Making: Capable of exercising empowered judgment when employing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results that align with the company’s goals and guidelines.
  • Deal Closure and Relationship Building: Recognize the significance of timing in closing deals and strike a balance between driving the closing cycle and being responsive to the customer’s needs. Building trust in the customer relationship
