ReactJs Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front-End Development:

   • Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.

2. Azure Cloud Integration:

   • Collaborate with the team to integrate front-end solutions with Azure cloud services.

3. Business Documentation:

   • Utilize tools such as Notion (wiki site) and Jira for effective documentation and project management.

4. Messaging:

   • Engage in effective communication and collaboration with team members using Slack.

5. Source Control:

   • Manage source control efficiently using GitHub to ensure version control and collaboration.

6. UI Design Collaboration:

   • Work closely with our in-house designer who uses Figma, ensuring seamless integration of design and functionality.

7. DevOps:

   • Although we don’t currently implement DevOps, familiarity with GitHub Actions is a plus.

8. Security:

   • Implement security measures such as JWT authentication and GraphQL to ensure the integrity of our applications.

9. Recommendation for Technology Stack:

   • Assess and recommend the use of additional technologies like Next.js and React Query based on project requirements.

10. Testing Collaboration:

    • Collaborate in manual testing efforts and contribute to the establishment of in-house testing processes, with plans to hire a dedicated tester in the near future.

11. Datastore Interaction:

    • Work with Postgres as the primary datastore, ensuring efficient data handling and storage.

12. Visual Component Development:

    • Contribute to the development of visually compelling components to enhance the overall user experience.

13. Remote Work:

    • Enjoy the flexibility of working from home four days a week, with one day in our Canary Wharf office.
