Location-Kildare, Ireland

Rate- €400-500 per day, duration- 6 months

The individual will be required to support and maintain the modern workplace environment, ensuring that it is operating effectively and without issues, plus identifying and developing the platform to stay up to date with Microsoft’s roadmap and new releases.

Functional skills

• Implementation of all of the above technologies on multiple occasions.
• Ongoing management of a Windows 10 estate, using dashboards and tools to ensure that desktops remain in compliance with set standards for patching and security.
• Identifying and adapting to change in Microsoft product features in order to inform the business of significant change that they will experience. Identifying new features, carry out PoC, bring them forward for business adoption.
• Supporting queries from 1^stand 2^nd Someone who is always looking to identify the root cause of any issue and update the solution to avoid any re-occurrence of the incident.
• Packaging of software for deployment via Intune.
• CIS Level 1 hardening of Windows 10.
• Application patching tools PatchMyPC / ManageEngine / or equivalent
• Microsoft Windows AutoPatch
• Jamf for Apple MDM
• Knox or equivalent for Android MD
