Change Management Consulting Director
Change Management Consulting Director is required by a large consulting organisation to lead and grow change management consulting practice delivering change across some of the most innovative and complex change programmes in the UK.
Required experience and skills:
- experience in leading consulting teams of change management experts
- ability to lead design of change management programmes and deliverables
- good knowledge of change management methods and approaches to effectively carry out complex enterprise-wide change
- strategic frameworks & methodology development, organizational design/assessment and organizational change management experience
- ability to define and implement change strategy encompassing multiple enterprise dimensions including people, processes, and technology perspectives
